      1. Flexible timing 2. Not much work pressure 3. Varied work portfolio 4. Good facilities 5. Decent hikes

      Cons

      1. Lot of petty office politics 2. Very slow or some time no response at all to employee feedback 3. Too much control from headquarters 4. Too much of parity in salary

      I would rather say only few are good, but even they have left organisation ....

      Cons

      Very much assured benefits & the so called management is so wonderful only at the time of joining ( HR, CEO) as an employee you can never suggest anything to these people, you will have to count your days..very much stupid behavior

      Pros

      No work time restrictions as long as you commit to the work allotted. No politics. No restrictions on making new solutions using latest technologies. Lots of learning experience on Frontend side.

      Cons

      Legacy code :( Will have to learn through the old legacy code to make anything new. Office space isnt great.
