Pros

- I didn't notice any. - Ah yes, found one. you can bench couple of weeks if you don't get any project.

Cons

- very low salary. I think its 20-25% lower than other IT consultancy companies. - almost no extra benefits - you receive no mobile phone, laptop, internet subscription. you get a small car, but can't choose any option. - no proper performance review / evaluation meeting. - No professional HR team. one guy doing almost everything [recruitment, HR, business development, car fleet, meetings, account management]. - If you work here as a starter then it's OK, but leave the company after 1/1.5 years.

- small company, hence good place for starters (max. 1-2 yr) - friendly management

Cons

- only body shopping. you're always at customer location. you almost never see other projinit colleagues - maybe once/twice in a year. - very poor salary & benefits. Even you don't get a laptop or mobile phone. - no strategic career plans - If you're in a project, management is happy. - it's a good place for low ambitious people.

This company is problematic and untrustworthy, having caused numerous issues through lies and deceit. It had a severely negative impact on my professional life, leading me to fall into a deep depression. Always communicate with them via email to ensure you have a record of all interactions. If you currently work there, I strongly advise looking for another job.

Beste, Jammer dit te lezen maar liegen of bewust bedriegen is absoluut niet toegelaten en is zeker niet iets waar we ons mee bezig houden. Ik raad u aan om met onze HR of met mij rechtstreeks, Samuel Caulier, contact op te nemen om dit te bekijken.
