They were very helpful during on boarding and they check in every few weeks to see how things are going.

Cons

It is unfortunate that no PTO is available. When the rest of the department has a day off, I just get a smaller paycheck.

Prokatchers - solid recruiting company!

Pros

They are a good recruiting company/contractor, they did their job well (found me a job), and have followed up with monthly to discuss my experience and performance on the assignment as the year went on. They were able to get me a $1 raise within the first month of starting, have been very good at checking up and ensuring you are content with where you are at.

Cons

They have very very thick accents and it can be near impossible to understand what they are saying at times. They mean well, but it almost seems like their entire office is located outside the US,
