Business outlook
Pros
Modern facility and newer equipment. Health insurance benefits are really good. Plenty of opportunity for overtime if you want it. Most of the employees working on the machines are awesome, including electricians and mechanics. Pay is good, but could be better.
Cons
Poor communication between management and floor personnel. Management doesn't always listen to the ideas of employees. Vacation schedule is terrible. The bad employees are not disciplined and the good ones are not rewarded. Short staffed often, hence the reason for high turnover rate.
