Solid company that's only looking to improve

Pros

- Positive mission - Fulfilling job - Good pay - Prudent leadership - Great culture - Excellent place to learn and develop fundraising and event planning skills - Collaborative support - the company as a whole is always striving to refine itself

Cons

- Historically, there has been high turnover but that is changing positively - Attitudes haven't always been aligned - Stress and arguments haven't always been handled the best way

- Being able to use my skill set to make a positive impact in the lives of others - Very rewarding work - Upper management that cares and respects what each person brings to the team - Support from others when needed - Mutual respect among team members - Collaborative problem solving - Open dialogue encouraged - The mindset to be constantly striving to execute everything to the best of our abilities

Cons

-Can be stressful during peak seasons - Not for the weak as the work can be very challenging
