I can write whole day about cons but first of all dont believe on new reviews, they wrote these new reviews with flattering titles themselves to increse their ratings. Older reviews are the actual and correct reviews. Full pressure, worst hike(can be 800/month),No work plan, no motivation, nobody took responsibility for whatever happens, boring work culture, no values, they treat you like slaves, no flexible timings, worst proprietorship, absence of common sense, worst HR policies, they only hire freshers so that they dont hve to pay much (extremely money minded CEO/MD)..hhaaauuuffff... and many many bad things... not even a pure level 5 ... please read older reviews before joining this company. Do not join this company if you have any other offer even from a startup... atleast they value your talent.

Company is creating history by getting the student from 2016 batch in pune and not giving them joinning.Even after the final confirmation,they are making childish excuses.Many of the students have filled their maths marks incorrectly ,much higher than they actually got,were given joinning,but the students who were honest are feeling like cheated.Honestly stands nowhere in prolific even such student were helped by their TPOs itself.They have Dummy HR professionals who will never respond you.students with distinction are not getting the joinning.There is anger in the student community,because after being kept on waiting for one year,they are playing with the freshers 2016 batch.boycott this company if it will come for campus in pune
