Opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. I was proud of the work I was able to do in assistance the homeless get the resources they needed.
Cons
Organization was a mess, management not on the same page as the workers and didn't really address concerns we brought up. Lacked real training for the job, it was trial by fire which in this profession can be very overwhelming.
