Pros
Not many pros unless you enjoy sleep deprivation and British colonialism.
Cons
Everything. Family nepotistic company that does not care about their employees needs or have any regard for them. Lots of travel using your own vehicle. Barely enough pay to scrape by in today’s world. Constant emails with charterers informing them when oil is being pumped and when it stops, completely pointless. Culture of sleep deprivation and no regard for mental health or well being. Refrigerator full of REDBULL, very holistic.

Cons
Work all the time, get paid salary of $35,000 a year sending emails all the time, boarding ships, listening the the British owner yell about something to someone. Horrible culture.
