Salary increament is not competitive

=>They don't give time for learning as a fresher either you start copy paste Or after 30 days they take review from mentor and fire you. =>Once you are good at something they will start giving you more and more project and asking for update twice in a week for every project. => They called there timming 9-6 but you are lucky if you allow to go at 6 pm you always have to stay late doesn't matter whether you want to be Or not => There is no entertainment for employees => They give you some paid leave but while you have to take those leave you have to complete all work and more work and ask to your mentor if they denied than forgot your leave => If you talk about increment in one year the work you have done it's just neglible the increment they give => Very Bad Politics
