      - Autonomy, Benefits plus hourly salary. Standard holidays.

      Cons

      Ensure your fine print is very clear to you as to vacation time and any sick days that you may be negotiating. Make sure they are separate, as if you get injured or seriously hurt you will not have short term health benefits and/or dental coverage.

      -Highly flexible and willing to accommodate requests within reason based on need -Hybrid work (2 WFH days a week after 3 months) -Personal/Private offices -Respectable health benefits package -Excellent work-life balance -Excellent work culture -Low-stress work environment -Short weekly meetings for simple communication/updates among publishing staff -Flexible start/end times for work hours (office is open from 6 - 4 so pick where you want your 8 hours to fit in)

      -Lower than average pay based on position but still a good wage.
