High volume. Sub par training. No incentive for excellent work performance. No performance reviews or monetary increase.

We have recently hired a Director of Employee Experience who will help improve our training process. As well as, we have started an internal incentives program to help encourage the team.

Benefits are okay. I can’t think of any other pros.
Cons
Rampant office politics. Management don’t care at all. No support from management. Most of the time unprofessional, management doesn’t show respect to subordinates. No salary increase. No recognition for hardworking employees. Company culture sucks.
