Poor Administrative hiring choices in Wichita Falls

Pros

Can't think of any at this time. However, some work was done on interior of building. They say they are working on getting new equipment.....most of the tenured employees were fired with CCO assistance, brought in people with less experience.

Cons

CCO in Wichita Falls all about personal appearance and not about patient care. Poor hiring choices. Need new equipment to take care of patients. Corporate needs to get head out of Corporate butt!

The varying patients and acuities allotted for an excellent learning experience and most of the staff was very pleasant to work with.

Cons

They were always understaffed and you were always over worked. The patient acuity was high and your assignments never reflected the acuity of the patients you were caring for.
