Pros
Team is great. Engineering team is competent, kind, helpful and engaged. The product is a complex robotic system with mix of hardware and software components. It feels great to make a real impact on people lives and address the housing problem. It has reputable investors and has been one of the best workplaces I have worked in so far.
Cons
If you are looking for an easy 9-5 job this company is not for you. But if you want to be challenged and grow this company is the right place.

Safe haven if you're inexperienced but like to pretend you know what you're doing

Wow where to begin. I'm actively looking to leave because the people that run this show have no clue. Worse - they listen to people that pretend to have a clue. Communication is absolutely terrible amd favoritism is high. The original product manager created everything in his vision instead of for actual users. Management is so inexperienced they don't see the damage this caused and have continued to keep them employed, among others that have little to no idea how to function in any organization larger than 2 employees.
