The culture is collaborative, supportive, and like a family. I genuinely feel supported by leadership.
Cons
The industry can be challenging and building a book of business takes time and a lot of hard work.
Extremely family friendly. Our quote around here is that we treat people like adults and respect that. Everyone works very hard, but also plays hard and tends to their family needs. The management team is very approachable and overall, everyone gets a long like a tight knit team. Benefits are good, respect for one another is high and there's a well communicated direction and future for the company in place. It's actually a pretty exciting time to work here.
Cons
Certain processes and procedures have been lacking, but they are coming into form and shape now. I don't see any true cons, and the company has a solid forward direction.
