The company as a whole communicates seamlessly. All of my co-workers are great, the pay is exceptional. I trust in the direction that leadership is taking the company.

Great coworkers, great relationship with patients

Cons

Overbearing management style, including gaslighting employees when they don’t provide the results they want (despite being impossible to achieve). Workload is extremely stressful for little pay. Training is non-existent. CSRs are blamed for everything. Impossible to give adequate attention to assigned patients due to high workload.
