Pros

Flexibles schedules, great work environment. Minimum stress (usually). Offices are out of the problematics area traffic wise in the city. A lot of projects at all time, of you love technology and are self learned, you will be happy.

Cons

You entry salary will never increase much, make sure you negotiate accordingly. You paycheck get amputated substantially by all the "advantages" and whatnot. You will rarely see internal promotions, management much prefer to hire outside help than to train employee. This is kind of demotivating in the long run.

Good pay , very good benefits , very nice co-worker , nice supervisor , nice location , very good system to work with

Cons

It is sometimes hard to advance in the company. Because we are all separated in deferent places it is sometimes hard to bound with the others and many people think that they are working by themselves
