      Unless you share the same religious beliefs as the owner, this is not the company for you. You will get lied to, promised the world, and they will not follow through on a single thing. The sales guys are recruited from a Mormon college in Utah, know nothing of the industry, make bogus promises to potential customers, just to make the sale, and they get rewarded. Techs get nothing except write ups and passive aggressive comments

      The company lies about everything. 3 months into working and all my hiring promises where out the window. Was hired knowing my availability. Then it became a problem. Told I'd get paid for certain things and then it was taken away. And if you work in Massachusetts the manager is nothing but a jerk. He will smile in your face and then bad mouth you to other employees. He will yell and swear at you like you're 12.also you will be threatened for termination if you talk about any problems you're having. Also you're illegally recorded by audio in the office

      You work alone and very little micro managing when I worked there.

      Cons

      You are not allowed to give constructive criticism or have an opinion. The owner is a condescending individual. Asks your opinion and then argues why your wrong.
