Pros

You get to make rooms beautiful alongside side hard working wonderful people.

Cons

This is a low paying job that offers zero benefits. You think you are being hired to crate but reality is you are a labor intensive mover of furniture/props. You would make more money working for a true moving company. If you are part of the labor team you have to clean bathrooms, iron and move heavy objects. When you are on high up ladders they expect you to wear white gloves and it is demeaning and dangerous. All this for a whopping 15 bucks an hour that they tell you NOT to discuss since the people training you are paid less. The shifts can run all night long and there is zero potential to move up. There are two entrances one for the elite and one for the labor force. Absolutely avoid working for this greedy establishment.
