Pros
- salary was acceptable, even tho it was the very lower end of their range - greenfield project
Cons
- 4 months of probation with a probation review every month, but they let you go right after an ad-hoc mid month probation meeting - got hired as a Software Engineer and had to lead a new Developer with less than a year of experience (first company), they keep telling you that this is part of an Senior role, even tho they never mentioned it before and you have to manage your time with basically teaching someone programming - if you want to get escorted out of the building, this is the job for you - coming up with excuses like money and time, but you are actually the only one who built everything and is able to build the rest
