I don't really have anything negative specifically about the company. The negatives come from the line of work as a Property Manager, the stresses involved in dealing with tenants and owners, evictions, budget issues, maintenance (or lack thereof) on homes, etc. Being a Property Manager will require making very tough decisions and you will feel supported as you make them by the company.
The only stressful in house process was bringing on new owners/properties. It was a tedious and time consuming process and would take away from the day-to-day operations of already established accounts and tenants. That being said though, its all a balancing act. You learn how to balance the two processes and a good manager will be able to juggle both.
While the company owners are great bosses to have, employees with poor work ethic or low moral standards could easily take advantage of the company structure and incentives if not held to a high level of accountability by fellow employees. Due to it being a smaller work environment though, this can lead to a feeling of "tattling".
