Do not work here!!! There are more problems than dirhams that you will get paid
Pros
None. Not a single pro to this company.
Cons
The list is too long. The management sets unrealistic targets and gives harsh penalties for not meeting them, including stopping you from speaking to clients to sell properties. Since there is no salary, this means that they are making you work but you have no way to earn any money. They also love to publicly shame you in front of the team for not meeting the ridiculous targets. There is blatant nepotism. Lots of the high up managements are friends and family of the CEO, even though they are incredibly awful at their job. The leadership have temper tantrums and are incredibly immature, whilst simultaneously egomaniacs that wish to prove how much they perceive themselves to be better than you by treating you awfully. The working conditions are just awful. And the job won't get you any skills or happiness. It is a glorified cold calling job, where you just ring numbers all day that are supposedly vetted and interested in housing, but in reality the majority are angry to be getting called, are not interested and often don't speak any of your languages, even though the vetted list you receive is meant to account for that. There is no work life balance. You are expected to be on call all the time, to respond to messages quickly, no matter the time of day, and to work the entire day. They like to, last minute, say that there is an important meeting in one of the offices, so you spend an hour getting there, and after 10 minutes when it is done you are meant to then travel back to another office an hour away to do your work. THERE IS NO PAY!!! They make it seem like you will be able to earn lots, but it is nigh on impossible to get anyone through to buying or renting a property. You need to go through thousands of people to get anyone even vaguely interested and then they always pull out. The company will take lots of the money from you, and will try to charge you for anything else they can. There is a clause in the contract where once they give you the training, if you leave or if you haven't closed a deal in the first few months you need to pay them a large amount of money 'to cover the cost of the training'. In most countries it is illegal to make someone pay for training that is necessary for the job. Having no money coming in, and high costs for normal living, but especially to cover transport to get to and in between the offices, you will struggle and want to leave, but be unable due to the contract. You only have a chance of surviving financially if you are already wealthy, in which case you don't need the money and should get an actual job. And they work illegally. They get you working and selling property before they have given you the training to qualify you to earn the license necessary, And when they do eventually make you do the training, they will charge you another large amount for it, so again, good luck with that if you aren't already wealthy. This is not an exhaustive list. There is more. Just please look after yourself and don't work here. The promise of lots of money is not worth it, and the promise is just a lure to trap you as free labour.
