After 12 years in corporate america, I could not have made a better choice by joining the PropertyPilot/GovPilot team. Check your ego at the door, this is true team environment. Everyone here is willing to perform whatever tasks are asked to keep moving this company forward. To help facilitate the team mentality the owner makes sure to provide a quarterly company team-building outing where you get teamed up with various members of the company. On top of that he is a big proponent of the work/life balance. We all have family issues that arise, and he is more than accommodating.
Award given out monthly and also at random times for outstanding work, or taking on some tasks that normally aren't your responsibility. The company makes sure to recognize your work and to show appreciation.
Also no matter what your position or tenure with the company, all ideas matter and are welcome. If you have a more efficient way of doing things, or bring a great concept to the table, your idea will not only be heard, but immediately implemented.

If you need the corporate comfort of the same mundane tasks day in and day out, while getting in at 9 and leaving at 5..............This is NOT the place for you.
