      Pros

      Nice office, friendly employees, convenient location.

      Cons

      Owners have their heads in the clouds, one has little man syndrome while the other is his lackey.. the owners monitor all employee emails and phone calls in live time, then try and deceive you that they are not. It is a horrible workplace environment, I’ve never seen such an unprofessional outfit in my 25 year career. Ownership will lie and steal your benefits, along with personally beret employees in front others. A demoralizing and dark environment.

      Pros

      Small company so there was ability to dip toes and make a difference in many areas when management was amenable to listening. Customers were fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      Management did a poor job of communicating company performance and goals to staff. Management lacked organization when it came to follow through and incentivizing and showing appreciation for employees.

      Pros

      There are not many good reasons to work here other than some of the employees are wonderful. Most of the management is terrible.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to a level I’ve never known. Software used to see “every keystroke”. Management tells you to do something. You do it and then they tear it down and tell you how they would have done it and expect you to change to exactly how they would have done it. Don’t hire people if you don’t want them to do their jobs or if you think you can do their job better. Awful culture of underpaid and over worked. Do yourself a favor and pass.
