Pros
Really flexible and understanding. The (actual) managers are really good people. Team organization is a bit wonky, things change often. The office used to be amazing, not sure what remote life is like. The diversity when it comes to nationalities is amazing. Women to men ratio in development is weak.
Cons
Some people are given too much privilege others the opposite. The code base needs some serious changes. HR doesn't really help resolve conflicts well.

- People are friendly and helpful - Convenient workplace location, right in downtown Halifax - Manager or lead help sharpen your career goal - Fast growing startup company - Fair amount of annual leaves + Christmas Holiday week - Flexible working hours - Remote work possible - Foreign employees friendly - Full health insurance coverage - Free coffee + snacks :) - Transparency about company income to all employees
Cons
- No parking available - The main office is on the 5th floor of the building, and it could be difficult if you have to take the stairs :D
