      Pros

      What makes the biggest difference, though, was being surrounded by top performers every day. Their drive, mindset, and consistency push me to step out of my comfort zone, aim higher, and keep improving. Ihave been constantly learning, growing, and challenging myself and that’s exactly the kind of environment I was looking for.

      This is not a comfort zone. Your colleagues and boss challenge you. This is not for everyone.
