      MORE LIKE A ROAD SIDE JOINT RATHER THAN IT Company where people don't have any professionalism. No support from Management No direction for Future No Personal / Professional Growth Partiality and Favoritism from managers and even directors No time management Late hikes Very late appraisal meetings

      Can develop yourself by working on own products of company. We can implement our own ideas No time restrictions Very talented seniors are always there to help you out for any difficulties Compensation is very good

      Office premises isn't that good (but it's ok as they spend more on salaries rather than infrastructure )

      1. Lots of learning for fresher's 2. Culture is celebrated 3. Yearly bonus 4. Flexible timings 5. Good Hr 6. Helpful admin team 7. Recent directors are very practical as compared to old mangers who are very unpractical 8. The ground level engineers are very talented

      Cons

      1. Manager orientated 2. mangers take the final decisions 3. Less hike for experienced 4. Lots of cost cutting 5. Experienced hardworking employees are not part of management decisions/core committee 6. Mangers never do coding 7. Lack of professionalism 8. Management sometimes do very childish politics, although their intension is good but their approach is immature.
