Very bad pay., When a client pays a deposit for their weddings services the sales rep receives their commission; however, if the client cancels, the sales rep has that commission taken away from them in their paycheck, even though the company keeps the deposit and does not return it, There is no loyalty to tenured, high sales producing employees. The company will simply hire someone else who is younger and willing to get paid low wages. No chance for ay advancement,

Horrible pay- empty promises. Senior reps are treated as if they are new. Management favors new reps. Need to pay more. Absolutely no room to grow. No loyalty to tenured reps
