Pros
The kids are for the most part wonderful to work with and a lot of fun.
Cons
Upper management is seriously lacking, very hard to get reliable hours, and schedule changes come with very little notice. Marco treats his employees as replaceable.

Good experience for younger people to work as a team and with both kids and adults in classes. Had a great manager
Cons
Upper management, those above my manager, really didn't seem to care about anything other than their profits. neglected their workers quite a lot- saw a lot of directors and managers leave during my time here
