      Pros

      I joined as a fresher, and rose in 3 years to become a Sr Software Engineer. Within 3 months, I got to work on coding, while some of my friends in MNCs were sitting on the bench. The exposure you get at this product-based company is very good and turns you into an overall great software developer.

      Cons

      The environment is very competitive as they hire the best, so if you like to be around good people, you join them else don't.
