The location! It's near a lot of restaurants.

Cons

The management will micromanage you, talk behind your back and their lack structure and professionalism. The management exploits and thrives on making money on behalf of inner city low income black and brown people by pressing you to send a copious amount of information to the school and for general inquiry calls they demand you to transfer them in management. Hostile and micromanaging.
