      Few weeks of training was provided before picking up phones or managing a portfolio, not enough companies provide adequate training.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Procedures not conducted correctly which lead to being blindsided, often. Very bullying tactics Too many internal relationships Targets given but incentives/bonus/pay rises always held back
