      Pros

      Working for Prospera Hotels has been a very welcoming experience. They did a great job onboarding me and teaching me my job responsibilities. I feel that I can call on my team if and when I need help.

      Cons

      Prospera Hotels owns six properties, which does not necessarily guarantee quick advancement.

      Great place to work for those looking to break into the industry.

      Cons

      Slow advancement, no structure in place to train entry level workers to advance, low pay, company policies are frequently implemented in response to an issue, benefits are minimal, pay is low compared to other hotels in the same area. Managers are ill trained and seem to come and go as they please, brands standards are not upheld, no focus on customers. Its all about the bottom line
