working from home really helps me a lot to save money outside with the provided laptop, CEO's rage and senior manager's difficulty to communication with the team. he really doesn't care for other departments such as QA & BA on how to lessen workloads on the other hand he is the one who make it more difficult. they just focus on entering new features in the sprint without considering "burnout" for their employees, low salary not recommended for a IT who has experience already. - all the features created where because the young professionals extreme learnings.
