Open texts for work and an encouragement of unnecessary competition for work. Threats against workers of "throwing files in confidential shredding" Only interested in lining their own pockets one agents said " I entered this industry to be filthy rich, i don't care about anything else" Offices full of staff who have no sense of professionalism Staff are rude and narcissistic with a bad work attitude Attitude of staff is workers should be grateful they are doing their job @I chased your references, its the least you can do" Far too much paperwork to ocmplete Clearly in cahoots with a training company to get workers to complete wholly unnecessary training which is simply click through repeat as many times as until you pass nonsense. No support at all for workers and uninterested in any feedback The company culture is workers are an inconvenience to their day.
