Top Notch Training – Prosple invests heavily in onboarding and ongoing learning, making sure you’re set up for success by creating an environment where it is okay to make mistakes. Support – You’re never left on your own; leaders and peers are approachable, responsive, and the founders genuinely want you to succeed. Team Culture – I can't sing praise enough about the great culture. The entire organisation structure is built where everyone is happy to answer questions and wins are celebrated together. 100% Remote – Full flexibility to work from anywhere while still feeling connected to the team. Treat You Like an Adult – There’s a high level of trust and autonomy, with flexibility to manage your own time and responsibilities.

Pros

Prosple is hands-down the best place I’ve worked when it comes to work-life balance and meaningful autonomy. The culture is deeply grounded in freedom with responsibility, you’re trusted to do great work and given the space to focus on what really matters. Hard work, real achievements, and impact are genuinely recognised here. There’s no micromanagement, no fluff—just a supportive environment where you can be yourself, grow professionally, and make things happen. The company is also highly mission-driven—helping students make better career decisions—and it shows in how thoughtful and values-aligned the team is. Collaboration is high-quality and respectful, even in async and remote settings.

Cons

If you're someone who prefers a lot of structure or top-down direction, the autonomy here might feel overwhelming at first. Prosple works best for self-starters who enjoy solving problems independently and thrive with high trust and accountability.
