Pros

Genuinly can't think of anything good about this place other than the fact it's made me more aware of corrupt companies like this one. My whole experience with them was extemely negative

Cons

Where do I even start... The interview lasted forever I had a one to one interview then a full day assessment which I had to pay for all myself. Once I was given the job I came in the next day to start to look around etc, looking I had seen a review about the pay so queried this. And yes, it's 100% commission. So you could literally work a full week and get nothing. Something that was only told to me when I ASKED. Another thing is the incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere in a morning. For some people this might be a pro, but for me the shouting and chanting seems incredibly unnecessary. I was also 'chaperoned' by one of the assistant managers who felt the constant need to put his arm round me and put his hand on my back, which was extremely uncomfortable. Looking this one morning in the company was enough for me and I walked out. My advice... Stay away.

Pros

The only thing good about the place was the atmosphere in the morning, apart from that my time at the place was woeful.

Cons

where do I start?! the hours you are expected to work are absolutely ridiculous. You get there for atmosphere for 8am (you are expected as early a 7am some days) and you work out in the field until at least 5pm, you then go back to the office to 'break down your day' and end up staying in the office until 7:30pm sometimes. When offered the job it was not made clear that this is a 100% commission only job so you could earn absolutely nothing for a whole weeks work. They expect you to make your own way to the events and do not reimburse your travel expenses. The manager was extremely rude which is the reason I left and I don't even know where to start with one of the assistant managers... I've never ever EVER been spoken to the way that he spoke to me on numerous occasions, it was an absolute joke.

Pros

I came back from travelling in 2013 after leaving school and having not many qualifications it was a concern to me but since starting at Prosure Acquisitions 2 years ago, I have developed my business sense and skills which has enabled me to over see a team of over 20+ people over a period of time. Having learnt managerial skills I have had the opportunity to travel to New York to help with the set up of one of our other international offices. This taught me a lot not only in a business sense but within my personal life with speaking skills, money management and making me an all round more confident person in everything that I do.

Cons

To be honest I can't really think of anything but if I had to pick, I guess that when we recently moved to a new office the whole move was a bit hectic as building work was still going on in the new building. However, I do think that it's been the right move as the new office s really nice!! 😄
