      You're Fired- Two words to cover up foul play in the corporate office

      Decent pay Family events Employees of the corporate office who were not management were fun to work with and great

      Cons

      Management execs sure know how to sexually harass employees and brush it off like it is nothing. There are no ethics in this place of business. Because of their position, a filed complaint magically disappeared from an HR file. This company is beyond ridiculous. Favoritism plays a part in this company. If you aren't part of the "cool crowd" they will make it their mission to say and do things to make you quit or get fired. The turnover rate is very high and you are quickly replaced as if they planned to fire you months before you even catch wind. Leadership says "I'm going on-site." No that is not what happens. They go home, or wherever they choose and avoid work all while milking the clock. Office fraternization is the bread and butter for certain individuals. They cannot be trusted and will make it hard for you to move on after leaving the company.

      Pros

      Fully paid medical health insurance.

      Cons

      The corporate office environment is the worst I have ever worked in. They play favorites and if you do not play along, they will judge you. They promise a lot of things that they do not follow through with. They do anything to avoid the problem, meaning they will let you go. It is a toxic environment and upper management does not care about anyone but themselves. Don't believe anything they say. They are manipulative.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the benefits and the pay is decent. The 401(k) is one of the best around. I like the computer benefit, too.

      Cons

      Pay once a month. 401k match paid at the end of the year. 1 week limit to PTO carryover. The turnover of management. The new management group is not technical and cannot be trusted. Fraternization runs rampant. The owner has trouble focusing. There have been so many promises and "Rah Rah" speeches that do not materialize. The company seems so lost now.
