      Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help you learn. You're given the opportunity to grow in the company and be involved in different projects. Growing company focused on the future.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. No office politic bs. A great place to work because of the people being friendly. Typical cubicle environment means in most situations, you are left alone to do your work which is nice for someone who wants to get work done.

      Cons

      The AMS industry is slow. It makes your day slow as a result. Nearly every decision has to be debated by the upper management which causes delays that don't need to exist.
