Protech promises much - It does well attracting talent only to alienate, marginalise and white-ant once those individuals have been bled of there IP. The poorest systems and processes I've seen in the recruitment industry with chronic underinvestment. Greed and blame really underscores the culture at Protech. Greed - A senior 'Exec' team who will stop at nothing to feather the nest. Excel in breaking promises and stoking tension. (Get everything in writing) Blame - A team of senior managers who have succeeded on saying yes rather than challenge the Exec. Who are happy to blame those who exit rather than address the underlying and ongoing cultural issues of the company.

Poor Management, poor culture

Pros

There are some really great people who work at Protech, excluding all Senior Leaders. It’s just a shame that their ideas and knowledge is squashed by those at the top.

Cons

Protech is a company that is run by inexperienced leaders who have no real industry experience. They are sexist bullies who bring experienced people in but when they start to question the direction they get thrown out. They will always be a tier below others in the industry because of their poor leadership, lack of direction and Cowboy mentality.

Some great people with terrific skills (that don't get listened to by the "Exec")

Cons

Appalling senior managers that behave disgracefully. No morals, you will be kicked out the door if you question anything. As soon as someone leaves, everything is blamed on them. So much back stapping. A real jobs for the boys sort of place. Poor rewards for hard work, unless you are one of the boys!
