When you employ approximately 200 people, you understand that you cannot make everyone happy all of the time. We are extremely proud of our team and the number of accomplishments they've achieved in the last 36 months. Having been named the 2nd Best Place to Work in the Tampa Bay area (in both 2017 and 2018), we trust that this negative review is NOT representative of our entire workforce. To be named one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal's "Best Places to Work", each company agrees to have its entire staff surveyed by Quantum Workplace (an independent, third-party employment survey company). We take part in this process because the data that we receive from our employees is invaluable. Each year, we are able to see our strengths, and weaknesses, as highlighted by our employees (confidentially). We trust this aggregate survey data much more than an isolated complaint from a disgruntled ex-employee.
