Pros

Low cost snacks, free oxygen and an elevator.

Cons

They tell you they are inbound leads but you are actually cold calling plus they falsely advertise wages. I could go on and on but the place is just not worth it.

When you employ approximately 200 people, you understand that you cannot make everyone happy all of the time. We are extremely proud of our team and the number of accomplishments they've achieved in the last 36 months. Having been named the 2nd Best Place to Work in the Tampa Bay area (in both 2017 and 2018), we trust that this negative review is NOT representative of our entire workforce. To be named one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal's "Best Places to Work", each company agrees to have its entire staff surveyed by Quantum Workplace (an independent, third-party employment survey company). We take part in this process because the data that we receive from our employees is invaluable. Each year, we are able to see our strengths, and weaknesses, as highlighted by our employees (confidentially). We trust this aggregate survey data much more than an isolated complaint from a disgruntled ex-employee. Nonetheless, as we do with all former employees, we'll take the high road and wish this individual well in their future employment endeavors. Respectfully, Protect My Car's Management Team

Pros

Having worked at Protect My Car for 2 1/2 years, I can state, without hesitation, that Protect My Car is one of the BEST places to work in the Tampa Bay area. Even though Protect My Car has grown considerably in my 2 1/2 years of employment, it still maintains the feel of a family company. Both owners go out of their way to help their employees. Once you complete your 90-day probationary period, the pay is good. The commission structure is more than generous and you really have the ability to make good money. On busy weeks, my salary + commission is over $1,000. Protect My Car is also the only call center that I've ever worked in that pays for your Telemarketing License and its annual renewal fees.

Cons

Some people get promoted quicker than others and nobody really knows the true formula that is used to consider promotions.

Pros

Good team spirit and morale among teammates(before they were either let or go or left due to re-structuring) on-site cafeteria, Gym (good luck getting a ket fob to use it)

Cons

False sense of bureaucracy used for intimidation rather than creating layers for approval of software's best practices. Blaming is very much prevalent and can be seen behind closed doors. Developers tend either leave or get fired around 6-8months, it's more a revolving door than a window of opportunity to pile on code into a repository that has years of bad practices.
