      This office is organized, efficient, fair, and filled with friendly employees. The owners are very professional and ensure that all the employee needs are met.

      Cons

      I would not trust the negative reviews left here. Those two employees were hired while the company was in the middle of switching offices, and neither of them were employed for longer than two months.

      I have been with Protection Law Group for over 2 years, It has been a good learning experience. While it offers a dynamic and fast paced work environment, there are areas that could use improvement like every company. The company offers great professional development opportunities and encourages continuous learning. The team is supportive, and the leadership is transparent and communicative. The supervising attorney has a good attitude and always available to answer questions. All you have to do is learn how to communicate your professional needs. If you want everything on a silver platter this place is not for you, legal work and clients can be stressful. There are opportunities for advancement if you are willing to put in the effort. The company culture promotes a healthy work-life balance.
