Pros

small company, family like environment, good work hours, overtime , and okay benefits.

Cons

a handful of self-serving, underperforming , overpaid, incompetent people in manager, specialist posts sitting pretty there for years. This is greatly affecting the quality of work , the products and company image. Get rid of those fat budts.

They’ll fired good employees and keep the lazy ones and the gossipers work for them and got me involved in to a long gone GREAT SUPERVISOR that she’s no longer working there just walk out on them

Pros

Awesome work environment with good people and work challenges. Can totally see opportunities to move up as company grows and have already taken on more responsibility. Really cool customers and its exciting to see the products we make in stores. Never met a nicer CEO!

Cons

Can be fast paced where you have to constantly prioritize. At first it takes some getting used to but then you catch on. Managers are always busy but there for you when you need them. No dental but the 100% free benefits with Kaiser are good.
