Pros
Protein Works is a company growing at speed. I have been here since November 2022 and to see the rise of the company in such a short space of time has been impressive and enlightening. Everyone works at a fast pace, as that is how the company rolls. If something isn’t working, it’s changed immediately in order to improve. No stone is left unturned. For the size of the business, the team is relatively small in my opinion meaning that you can communicate and build good relationships with a small number of people which are easier to maintain. Certainly helps when relaying information between teams. Free snacks are available every day and the discounts on the best protein shakes in the world are fantastic. There is also a 6 a side every Thursday which is a great way to stay fit, have a laugh and speak to people who you may not necessarily see during the working day. Very on brand
Cons
The only ‘con’ which is more of a room for improvement would be on extra day remote. Monday and Friday WFH would be fantastic.
