      Pros

      Colleagues are always friendly and interesting, very easy to work together.

      Cons

      Upper management is not very open to sharing knowledge about the company strategy with staff. This creates lack of trust in long term. They push to finish tasks quickly and most efficiently, however they don't accept many new and practical ideas, they stick to statue quo. Overtime is constantly a demand and staff who don't do overtime is mostly frowned upon.
