Good, supportive environment where colleagues are committed to the company mission. Productive, there's always something to do, new challenges to face, new problems to find solutions to.
Cons
The roads to the farm are not vehicle-friendly. Sometimes it feels like there's too much to do, but take it one step at a time.

Business is highly committed to producing insect products (protein, oil and fertilizer). Dynamic team engaged in solving key production constraints. Great team work to deliver key business outcomes.
Cons
The nature of the business - bioconversion of agricultural biproducts to protein - won't suit everyone. It is physically demanding and intellectually challenging. If you are up for that journey, the business has great prospects.
