      Pros

      So, it is about $185 a day for the older recruits to be paid. You know your schedule the day before. It is pretty low stress.

      Cons

      If you have a doctor's appointment they unschedule you for a couple weeks to more. I only get one to two days of work a week now for some reason. I'm not sure what happened. No benefits.
