Work is gratifying, and some coworkers are amazing. Working for a nonprofit does entitle you to loan forgiveness at a certain point

Cons

Hard to find coverage- even with advanced notice, forget if you're sick at the last minute Easy burnout- depending on the shift, you were often late to be relieved or potentially stuck working it alone Pay wasn't always entirely worth it

At the CSU, I experienced a supportive environment where staff cared for each other and their clients. Many went above and beyond to help, often without recognition. Despite challenges, This close-knit team works hard to meet clients needs and support them through tough times.

Cons

This Facility would Benefit from interior remodeling and improved camera placement to enhance safety for clients and staff. additionally, better communication with external facilities is essential to streamline care and support, through this need applies broadly beyond CSU itself.
