      Pros

      Residents were really sweet. Most of co workers really help each other out.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely HORRIBLE! It's pretty sad when the residents/patients can tell there's a problem with management. They overwork the CNAs and are never actually on the floor to see all the problems themselves.
