Pros

Pay is competitive and keeps up with COLAS and accomplishments. Tons of learning opportunities and upper management pays close attention to on site. I feel the team is appreciated and given the tools to have our skills shine.

Cons

There are a lot of changes that happen in procedure that can be confusing and challenging when dealing with new software, but I won't complain too much because I feel that the implementations are helpful in the long run and balance automation and face-to-face with customers in a way they respond well to.
