Pros

There are no pros at all. Not one

Cons

My equipment arrived a day late so I had nothing to do and no one knew where the equipment was. My manager even called me on my cell asking why I wasn't in a meeting.... With what equipment ma'am?? Micromanaged from day 1. I was told I needed to log what I was doing every 15 minutes in a system they keep time in Click Up. I've managed National Accounts with over 30,000 lives. This company has 1% of that with no work but wants you to 'fudge hours'. My manager stated, she could do my job but since 30 people quit and the only sales manager, she had to transition to sales and that's why I was there. I asked if there was any work I could do for now. She assigned me 3 projects which I completed in 2 days. But she assured me, with no additional work to do for the next 2 weeks , that this would be easy and I could just 'chill' in the coming months. WHAT??? At that point, which was my 2nd day, I decided to resign. I put in my resignation after the 4th day. I am still waiting to be paid a week later. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY unless you are ok with lying and cheating the system. Unbelievable.

Pros

Every good reason was fired Didn’t go under thanks to Covid subsidies and CEO’s relationship with Ricky Caplin who bankrolls PTS’s lackluster revenue stream

Cons

The organization is chasing its own tail and the HCM trends of two years ago. If they were an EKG machine, a family would know their loved one had died due to decomposition while PTS was still showing a heartbeat. They wanted everyone doing Ceridian, then UKG Ready, then Ready resellers, then UKG Pro/Dimensions, then Paycor, then Ceridian. And the whole time without ever giving associates a chance to get good at any product. They laid off a bunch of execs when they couldn’t make payroll (when their Covid loans ran out and they weren’t generating revenue). But, thankfully the dude that owns the new soccer team owns PTS (and let’s be honest didn’t need Covid money in the first place, but how else was Juan going to appear profitable???)

Pros

The team that I was on was fun and had great co-workers. I was able to learn a lot and gained a lot of experience.

Cons

There was no real direction with the company and it seems like they ran out of work. So I got laydoff after going through tons of training. I think they were running out of money, They called it due to re-organization. But they were never really organized so best of luck to them.
